    I reported a bug today about this -- you cannot delete the sticky notes (the option is missing from the dialogue box that opens when you click on the note). This is a problem when I'm using IE8 --- if I open the same site in Firefox 3.6, there are no sticky notes.

    The underlying issue in this topic is different; it should be impossible to float a note at a home page.
