  2. create a list.
  
  Diigo users can:
  
  * comment on the list
  * comment on each bookmark.

  Thanks for the work-around, Graham, but that's not what I'm after. I don't want the comments to be on the same page as the bookmarks and don't want to have to keep adding bookmarks to a list. It really is a permissions issue, I think.

  - does find the five bookmarks that I tagged IBM and double standards
  
  http://www.diigo.com/tag/%22double%2Bstandards%22+ibm
  - finds none of them.
