diigo not remembering me - private messages - 41 views

  i made a few private annotations (floating sticky notes) on craigslist. i was off of the computer for a few days and when i came back on, my comments werent visible. it turned out that diigo had my login cookie had expired. i loged back in on the toolbar and now i cant view my private notes. i have to go to my profile on the diigo site and use those.

  Firefox - 3.0.4
  diigo - 3.1.6.5

  This should have nothing to do with cookies, as Diigo stores annotation information at the server and then populates your web page with the comments.
  
  Try something for me. Go to the web page in question that should have the comments, but you say are not present. Go to the Diigo toolbar and choose the Drop down menu >Highlight >See All Annotations >See All Annotations.
  
  Does that bring them up?

  If the content at the URL has changed, then some or all annotations may no longer relate.
  
  The Diigo site - with its interfaces to a cache of the content in which you are interested - is our friend :)
