Diigo forums: 'Search Group Topics' field should be raised as close as possible to other search fields - 694 views

  In this screen shot we see that:
  
  * search interfaces are most often towards the top right of user interfaces
  
  * Firefox find-as-you-type may have preceded, set a standard for some other UIs but these days, it's bottom left positioning is exceptional, easily overlooked
  
  * within a normal 1024x768 display, Diigo's main search field and its neighbour 'Search Group Topics' may be _both_ lost from view.

  That's an extreme demostration ;) but it does suggest that 'Search Group Topics' might be better placed.
  
  FWIW I suggest top right, immediately beneath the paler of the two blue bars.
