Can't drag and drop the text and picture in all websites except for things in diigo library - 2 views

  hi everyone! I am a novice to diigo , but find myself have trouble drag and drop the text and picture in all websites except for things in diigo library(like the picture:https://imgur.com/a/093fpWS) , I use the newest chrome browser with its extension.
