I'm new to Diigo, spent about 30 minutes this morning looking in the help files and in the forums for any information about whether Diigo detects and flags broken bookmark links. Didn't really find any information one way or the other. Does anyone know if it has this capability? If so, can you point me to where I can read more about it?

    Thanks!

    Hi Henry,
Diigo doesn't provide the broken bookmarks detecting feature currently. However, Diigo will crawl the original bookmark page and save it for you on the server. You will have a permanent page copy in this way.

Could you tell me the scenario in which you need this feature?

    Thanks!

Joel - Thanks for the quick reply. I'm looking into setting up a Diigo group that will collaborate in finding content links relevant to our research. Those links would then get published to a 'references' section of another web page. Just concerned about making sure the links in that references section don't point to dead pages. I think there's probably other ways to handle that checking, just wanted to see if Diigo was doing this already.
