Since safari does not allow any codes inserted into some webpages as well as some websites, awesome screenshots cannot work on those sites. On those situations, a hint message "only capture visible part works" will show up when you click your mouse on the extension icon. Sometimes awesome screenshots may disable some functions of the webpage, but the problem can be resolved after webpages reloaded automatically. But on chrome, it works fine on most cases except some special websites.
Probably a known issue. Maybe an issue with WebKit …
