annnotated link shows none of my annotations - 36 views

  http://www.diigo.com/04olz is intended to show my highlights and my inline comments.
  
  I realised that anonymous viewers of the annotated link saw only my highlights:
  
  * my group-shared sticky notes were not presented.
  
  In an effort to correct the missing aspects of the annotated link I
  deleted the bookmark from My Bookmarks,
  revisited the page,
  presented Diigolet,
  recreated the bookmark,
  visited My Bookmarks to re-gain the annotated link.
  
  The annotated link is as before,
  http://www.diigo.com/04olz
  and now it is
  
  * missing all my highlights
  * missing all my sticky notes.
