Okay, I have no clue what is going on and I really need some help here.

I haven't installed any new extensions or messed with the settings or anything, but all of a sudden the toolbar has gone wild! (I use Firefox 2.0.0.14 and the latest toolbar version)

    Errors:

    1) I cannot see any of bookmarks or friends in the sidebar--bookmark field is blank, and friends tab says I have no friends, even though I do.

    2) I am unable to signout of the toolbar through the toolbar, or use any other aspect of the toolbar--view my bookmarks, groups, etc. Doing any of those things gives me a 502 Bad Request page. However, I can still do all these things from the website, and if I sign out of the website, I sign out of the toolbar as well.

Signing out and then in does not help, nor does restarting Firefox, nor does uninstalling and reinstalling the toolbar, nor does restarting the computer.

A few days ago, it was even worse--the same errors I had now, only instead of the 502 error, I was getting 400 Bad Request, and every time a page loaded, any page, I got a pop-up that said to enter my username and password for 'restricted at http://preview.diigo.com. However, entering my username and password did nothing. However, that went away on it's own after a day or so (I was really busy at the time so I didn't get a chance to complain before it went away). But now it's doing this new thing!!

What do I do? I need my Diigo sidebar!

    Ellen,
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
Your toolbar is somehow specified to use preview.diigo.com as server. In order to use the correct server, please change extensions.diigotb.server to www in about:config

Or you can wait for the new version (3.1.5.3) schedule on next Monday which will correct the setting automatically.
