Zhapa EWSIS on 08 Dec 09I'm learning more about Chocolate right now, and in particular what I'm wondering about is what are different kinds of Chocolates? I was researching this question online, and this blog post caught my attention because it has this picture of Chocolates. The title is called Hot Chocolates: Dark Desires. This source was interesting because it explains you what different kinds of Chocolates there are. And what flavors it is. "Drinking Chocolate: High proportion of premium, bittersweet (60%-75% cacao) bar chocolate; hot water, milk, or cream, or some combination thereof; optional spices; served still, rather than steamed or frothed; can be made in bulk in a hot chocolate machine (which holds the melted chocolate in suspension at perfect temperature) or made-to-order; very thick and creamy, almost like melted bar chocolate." This text explains what this Chocolate has that people drink. The quote that I chose here is basically talking about what people do to make this chocolate. And the percent. It tells you what is made of and the process of doing this. I think this is smart because it's very surprising. It make me wonder if I do Chocolate how would it be. Am I going to make it right with the directions this web explains. I feel that Chocolate is something that is very good to eat and that probably many people like it.
