Great library of physics videos and demos

This is a great video for demoing ideas about pressure and gas laws, an in particular the how boiling point increases with pressure.  Popcorn pops because the water inside flashes to steam and expands. If you put the system under sufficient pressure it won't do this … until the pressure is released, and all of the popcorn pops at the same time.

This is a great explanation of why they always land on their feet. Since we can't bring in live cats to demo this, what could we do? Perhaps we could get students to record them doing this at home with their cats and have them offer an explanation. They could slow the video and draw lines through the axis of rotation and study it more closely in class.
