IFTTT is a service that lets you create powerful connections with one simple statement: If this, then that. Very powerful way to combine many web and social networking services.

If you're like me, you act differently on different social networks. You share certain things on Facebook that you wouldn't share on Twitter. You post stuff on Pinterest that you wouldn't post on Path or share on instant message. Because of this, it's important for students (and teachers and everyone else!) to remember the proper social media etiquette that you should follow while sharing online.

This website is an invitation to grow a public resource of knowledge and relationships among all who are interested in the use of social media in learning, and therefore, it is made public with the intention of growing a community of participants who will take over its provisioning, governance and future evolution.

This list was set up in response to requests for help in finding social networks aimed at learning professionals. The list contains a mix of networks for both educators and workplace learning professionals. Use the list to find one or two relevant networks to join.
