Immigration is a Hot Issue in Britain as Elections Approach considering the vast amount of immigrants migrating to Great Britain, just from January to March there was an average of a quarter million people migrating to Britain. With this speed the population will increase by 12 million in 20 years and the government hopes to see this number reduced. However there are many benefits that the immigrants actually provide the country such as flexibility for employers and they pay more in taxes than they take from public funds. Many government officials against this issue see stopping immigration as "unrealistic" and realize that shutting it down won't save much money or people from coming.
