Here is a javascript validator. It won't submit unless the fields are filled in. Also, the email must be filled in correctly.

Good enough. It did let me by with a phone number of "3" though :).

I have used two jquery effects on this page. The hide effect and the animate effect.

Best to get in the habit of keeping script & css in other files. Otherwise nice work.

This is a new and improved recipe page that allows you to leave a comment at the bottom.

What works:- crumb trail still exists, the infamous bulleted list still exists, and all course/ program information is still up there. What doesn't work:- No pictures or logos.

I'm not sure why I can't view my header in Firefox, but it works on my preview. Re-styled recipe page.

What header? Don't see it in the code either...

I added a menu bar to my recipe page. Now, the page links to "Other Recipes", "Other Soups" and "College Inn," all with dropdown options linking to external sites.

I forgot to add that I used this site as a reference for the Menu Bar: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/dropdowns/ A friend of mine also helped me with the positioning of the nav as well.

Here is a slightly more festive version of my original page for gluten-free pizza crust.

It may be a great recipe, but no one is going to try it if the page doesn't look great.

Here it is folks; my recipe page do-over. I wanted to add a background image that I made on photoshop but it wouldn't load/show. Enjoy the page.

This bookmark is a combination of 2-d and 2-f: it is my restyled recipe and horizontal menu for the CSS portion of the course. At first, I was a little hesitant / confused about learning the CSS formatting. Once I got used to the concept of the css formatting I found myself wiring code with ease. There was many back and forth between typing and viewing in the browser, but I got the hang of it. The one issue I had was with browser compatibility - the margin: auto; code did not render well in IE7, but had not bugs in firefox. The most difficult potion of the menu was hiding the attributes that the browser assumes should be included with a bulleted list and links hence why a css style sheet comes in handy.

I retooled my green smoothie recipe with a cascading style sheet for all elements. I have multiple divs, an image that "floats" to the right, and a fixed background image.

Well done. Need to keep a keen eye on legibility with background images. But like the direction you moved in.

Is it a new trend now to have a little vertical "Feedback" tab on the left or right side of a web page? I've been noticing it all over in the past couple of weeks.

This adds the menu bar to the Recipe with CSS. I tried to include a comment in the code crediting the site where I found it.

Here is a new 3-page site filled with some new info about me as well as some fun animations. I used a 2-column layout to keep my cartoon self and links list in place, have CSS working on my background images and added a new, snazzy, horizontal, unordered list menu. Hope you like it!

Knowing what a person does, reads or watches during their spare time can tell you a lot about them. Many of my friendships began during movie showings. If you look through my top three and don't see anything you like, that's fine - it just probably won't work out between us.

I added CSS and a menu bar to my 3 page site from module 1. I used background images and colors. Tested in both IE7 and Firefox.

I used the QU page that I replicated from the first module. I added a menu bar in order to decrease the amount of scrolling for the user. This way when they go to the page they can click on the menu tab rather than scrolling all the way down the page to see the options. Having a menu bar is so much more effective for this webpage, each tab goes to the QU website for each topic.

I fixed a few of the gap issues. This is how it looks now.
