This project aims at integration various open government data sources. Those sources originate from several geographic regions and come in any kind of format. This site allows the following:
download integrated open government data as RDF triples and database dump - play with the data in an interactive web app that nicely visualizes keyword queries results - discover interesting connections among entities mentioned in NYT articles
You are able to search in:
200,000 persons (politicians, company key-persons, etc.)
248,000 legal entities (companies, government agencies)
1,000,000 funds (grants, subventions, earmarks, donations, etc.)
Kreeo enables intelligent expression and organization of information.
It helps you discover latest and comprehensive information around concepts of interest through a collectively evolving body of knowledge (BOK).
SenseBot (Beta) is a semantic search engine that generates a text summary of multiple Web pages on the topic of your search query. It uses text mining and multidocument summarization to extract sense from Web pages and present it to the user in a coherent manner. A "Semantic Cloud" of concepts is displayed above the summary, allowing to steer the focus of the results. To learn about our approach, go to the About SenseBot page, or browse Samples.
Faceted Wikipedia Search allows users to ask complex queries against Wikipedia. The answers to these queries are not generated using key word matching as the answers of search engines like Google or Yahoo, but are generated based on structured information that has been extracted from many different Wikipedia articles.
The semantic mapping of the English language is the key to making Natural Language Processing (NLP) effective. Cognition's unique Semantic Map, which it built over the past 24 years, is the most comprehensive and complete map of the English language available today. It can be used in support of the Semantic Web for semantic search, search tools, business analytics, machine translation, document search, context search, and much more.
Yebol's mission is to build human-like world's knowledge base and provide knowledge based search (semantics) and services.
Yebol utilizes a combination of patented algorithms paired with human knowledge to build a Web directory for each query and each user. Instead of the common "listing" of Web search queries, Yebol automatically clusters and categorizes search terms, Web sites, pages and contents.
Yebol allows for a multi-dimensional search result instead of the normal one-dimensional search seen by most web search engines today. This provides a more accurate summary of top sites and categories; a wider array of related search terms; a longer and richer expansion for query results; and a deeper base of links and keywords in search result pages.
The ctrl semantic engine is the first product of the Research and Development group at PRAGMATECH. The main functionality of ctrl's API is to identify the set of (disambiguated) key topics. In ctrl we have moved from words to concepts, then from simple concepts to topics (which are not phrases, but complex 'disambiguated' concepts), and, subsequently, to key topics that represent what a certain document is about.
Meaningo has developed a powerful semantic search engine currently dedicated to online shopping integrated with a decision-making support system that offers the user an easy way to refine and control the affinity quality of the search (patent pending P-79643-US).
TextMap is a search engine for entities: the important (and not so important)people, places, and things in the news. Our news analysis system automatically identifies and monitors these entities, and identifies meaningful relationships between them.
Zanran helps you to find 'semi-structured' data on the web. This is the numerical data that people have presented as graphs and tables and charts. For example, the data could be a graph in a PDF report, or a table in an Excel spreadsheet, or a barchart shown as an image in an HTML page. This huge amount of information can be difficult to find using conventional search engines, which are focused primarily on finding text rather than graphs, tables and bar charts. Put more simply: Zanran is Google for data.
