A Semantic content editor based on TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor. RDFaCE is created as a proof of concept for WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean) concept. WYSIWYM aims to enable end-users to easily annotate their content using RDFa and Microdata markups. RDFaCE employs external NLP APIs to suggest namespaces, properties, URIs and to automatically annotate content.

Protégé is a free, open source ontology editor and knowledge-base framework. The Protégé platform supports two main ways of modeling ontologies via the Protégé-Frames and Protégé-OWL editors. Protégé ontologies can be exported into a variety of formats including RDF(S), OWL, and XML Schema.

PoolParty is a thesaurus management system and a SKOS editor for the Semantic Web including text mining and linked data capabilities. The system helps to build and maintain multilingual thesauri providing an easy-to-use interface. PoolParty server provides semantic services which can be used to integrate semantic search or recommender systems into systems like CMS, DMS, CRM or Wikis.

A semantic wiki engine is a specific kind of wiki engine that extends the wiki's function of collaborative content management with Semantic Web technologies. It is thus also a kind of Semantic content management system. Some, but not all, semantic wikis should also be classified as Ontology editor or Semantic annotation tool. The Tabulator project is a generic data browser and editor. Using outline and table modes, it provides a way to browse RDF data on the web. RDF is the standard for inter-application data exchange.
