In the form of asylum seekers, there are human trafficking,which hard to know. many became the victims of human trafficking, they have to pay at least $ 5,000-10,000 or so per a person. those people even do not know their fate and what gonna happen. Many lost lives before reaching destination due to too crowded boats and sinking boats and others.

This is tragic incident. the hope to see any more survivors is fading due to critical condition of the sea in which the tragedy happened. I feel empathetic for the incident victims especially women and children. It is a sad story and missing people are presume to have died. However, I believe that many missing people are still alive anyway.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard has announced the government will target ports of origin as it aims to stop people smuggling and stem the flow of asylum seekers to Australia. Ms Gillard today called for a national debate on the asylum seeker issue, saying the community had been polarised by inflammatory language from the opposition.
