    Front line workers are not given the opportunity to speak, and this results in medical errors, patient harm, cover ups. There is nothing unique to the Veterans Administration. This is the modus operandi in many healthcare departments. Dr. Daniel Goleman discusses unethical management at length in his books including the best seller "Social Intelligence."
