  This new technology for coal produces no emission that will go into air compared to older power plants that do. It also produces clean drinking water from the power plant itself that can be used to irrigate farm lands. Hydrogen is also produce from the coal itself that even produces more energy to run on and is used to power vehicles in the very near future. The emission get pumped down into an old dry oil well or it pumped into the ocean but deep under ground that will crystallize the emission itself due to the pressure of the ocean floor.
