Salesforce.com is the primary tool for my business. I can use it to access my client data from any place (or phone), so long as I have a signal or internet. I can also host a local version of my database as a back up, in case I'm without internet access. It is the single most important tool in my business.

A free on-line mind mapping tool, great for brainstorming and organizing ideas.

This is a great program for writers of every kind, including those of us who need to write essays for school.
