Corinne Hill, executive director of the Chattanooga Public Library, is recognized as an innovator. Library Journal named her the 2014 Librarian of the Year. In this interview with WUTC's Michael Edward Miller, Hill explains why she believes that libraries should be less "missionary" and more "mercenary" as their services evolve in the internet era. "It's a difficult time," she says, "but I think it's a fascinating time to be in this business."
