The videos for science look interesting here. It would be an alternative to always using our Discovery Ed videos.

I think this is a great channel of video resources that my coworkers can use to change it up a little for students. They will find many topics/lessons that they currently teach on this channel. I will encourage them to use them in their classrooms, assign them for homework, assist with studying for a test or any other ways they see fit!

I would use this site to introduce concepts to students. These short videos are great attention getters. For example, I could use the video on Diseases to help students understand how far we have come in medical advances and to assist them in gaining an understanding of how easily diseases are transmitted. These could also be used as a flipped classroom format. Students could watch the content, take notes, and come prepared for the activity the next day.

This is a YouTube page of online videos that brings together a wide range of information (a topic) into a short amount of time.

Introduction to Intellectual Property: Crash Course - 1 views

CrashCourse videos are openly available on YouTube. This links to the Intellectual Property playlist with 7 videos. I plan to use these with the High School English Department and also in sections with professional development to set the stage with appropriate copyright usage for the upcoming school year.
