This site offers many primary sources and documents from the Holocaust. It also provides teacher resources teachers can use to teach their classes about the Holocaust.

An excellent resource for students researching the Holocaust. Probably more useful for the high school student who wants transcripts/interviews/actual documents from world leaders who were involved in policy decisions during this time. PBS, a reliable trusted resource.

This site has photographs of very thought provoking images of the concentration camps. They are graphic in nature and may be upsetting to some. They would be a wonderful supplement to any study of WWII. It gives a small glimpse of how horrific the conditions were for the Jewish prisoners.

Site's front page uses timeline to break history of US into 7 eras; ie 1700-1815, 1815-1860 and so on. You can search by era, or by topic. Topics include Civil War, Holocaust, Vietnam Memorial and more. Documents can be zoomed in on enough to read legible writing.

A primary source site concerning the Nazi's murder of the mentally ill during World War II. I would use these primary documents during the study of WWII so students become more aware of Hitler's view of those who are disabled.

An excellent site for social studies research with major documents from pre-colonial to the present. I searched for primary documents about the civil war and found this site.
