-exeption cummunity colleges, rising budget cuts
-rising demand for IT services (LMS)
-reductions harm the development if IT units/services
-mobile (LMS) apps are seen as a part of future IT services (nearly all students own smartphones)
-lecture captures are seen as a part of future IT services (access with smartphone)
-social problems (cyber mobbing etc.) caused by student activities in social networks (facebook) are rising
-eBooks are part of the future IT services ( at the moment no real alternative to normal books)
