aphiwe2023 on 26 Apr 23This is a book that explains how the different parts of South Africa were colonized by the British and the different European settlements in South Africa were determined by what the specific location could offer for example fertilized soil that is good for crops and the beautiful scenery of Cape Town some landscapes were too good to be true and other parts were desolated . The Britain climate could not sustain crops because it was either too hot or too cold, this led to them wanting to colonize South Africa which eventually led to the war.
