There are also other good links and a video all on the theme of fair use and copyright.
Many of us have been talking about how it is hard to find time to take advantage of all the technologies that are out there. I thought this page offered an interesting perspective on how 21st technology can be incorporated into daily life.
This project is listed on the ePals website and is my choice for the Global Networks activity. The languages listed in the project description are French and English, however, I think this kind of project could work in just about any language setting.
