This site has information on many different science topics. Anything from fungus to the weather. Since this site has such a wide variety of subjects, this site would be used for many different lessons in a classroom.
I love that this site gives a list of different science experiments that are sure to grab students' attention. This site could be used in class if an experiment fits into the lesson plan or maybe even as a special activity they can do for good behavior/no late assignments/whatever.

I like that this site can be used for all different grade levels. I also like that if need you can "ask an expert." If I were to use this in a class room I think it would be helpful for researching states due to its "State Facts" section. I also think it would be fun to look at the section "This Day in History" daily to learn something new each day!
