This website we did a Hour of Code activity on and I thought it was pretty neat. Since kids are learning this in school, it's a great way to introduce it to them early on so kids can become more digital age citizens.

I chose this website because it will make it easy to make QR codes. I will use this as a fun alternative to getting to a website or something I made.

This website is like twitter, but instead of having students enter with an email address, they enter with a school code. I think this is a great idea because it can be used to start understanding digital citizenship as they communicate with other students and teachers. I think there could be other uses too- like to keep in touch with students about important information.

I found this site helpful, its a 53 [age document that helps develop ideas for social studies, it clearly described the core standards and showed how they are broken down by color code for different disciplines.
