I chose this site because of the specific topics. I could use it to have them practice for a quiz or a test, or, to make sure that they don't forget those skills or facts after a test is taken.
  •
Quiz Hub is a website that consists of quizzes. But they are formatted to feel like a game even though they don't look like one.

Have fun learning online with these cool science games. It's free and easy to use so just scroll down the page, find a game you like the look of and give it a go! I love this and as a teacher you could use this site to reinforce what you went over in class. This can be done in class if there is free time or this site can be given to the parents to put on their home computer, if possible.

I would use this site to do experiments that I may not have the utilities to actually do in real life. I chose this site because the experiments do look fun and are interactive.
  •
This website is full of information and activities for students to do. There are other subjects beside science too, but the activities for science are very fun and interesting . I picked this site, because if you don't have money to but materials, you can act out the experiment from the simulation on the website. I would use this in my classroom as a whole group lesson to give them an example of what to do in a lab.

This is a great source for finding field day activities and lesson plan ideas for physical education. Current p.e. teachers share specific lessons and ideas that worked and offer suggestions to new teachers.
  •
This website has alot of different games that you can use in your gym. But also the students can use it outside of class for there own personal use if they want to play them with there friends.

This website generates bingo cards based on the information you provide. This would be a great site when trying to create a review game. Bingo with vocabulary words would be both fun and resourceful.

    Math website for all levels
  •
This website has a list and practice work for every possible math skill for each specific grade. This isn't set up like a video game, more as a worksheet or a test. I would use this for possible homework or to for my higher students to work on.

Here's where you'll find games and activities to help you explore your health and the human body. Again another great tool to reinforce what is being taught in class but in a game form. Again If the students are embarrassed they can get it answered without raising their hands.

See our winning recipes from Recipalooza, a contest in partnership with the Children's Museum of Houston and The Kids Cook Monday! View NOW! Lunch Crunch 2 Lunch fun is back with Lunch Crunch 2, a restaurant adventure in which you're the sous chef. Available in both Spanish and English! play NOW! This is AWESOME because most kids of all ages are embarrassed about their bodies and the changing of it. they can go to this site and type in their questions and read about what others have asked. I never what a child to say "If I only knew or had been taught that". So this would definitely go in to the news letter home so the child can do it at home or if there is fre time at school.

I chose this website because your students can pick any area of math they want more practice with or you can direct your students to which area you want them to practice. I chose the "time" button. I practiced what certain times of the day would like on the clock. There are multiple levels, so they can keep going until they are a pro! Amber Koth

Rethinking What Can Be Done in Physical Education - 1 views

  •
This is a great PE resource because it gives additional resources for twitter conversations, includes a blog website, and past speaking events based on health and wellness and physical education. I can implement this resource into my classroom with understanding more about the benefits of physical education for my students and possibly incorporating some basic PE games or movements for the students to stay engaged.
