PE: I really enjoyed looking through this website. There are so many lesson plans for physical education for all grades. I liked that the website divided the lesson plans among elementary, middle, and high school. Even though I am not going to be a physical education teacher, I think there are many lessons I could adapt and use in my classroom to get my students up and moving.

I like that this site can be used for all different grade levels. I also like that if need you can "ask an expert." If I were to use this in a class room I think it would be helpful for researching states due to its "State Facts" section. I also think it would be fun to look at the section "This Day in History" daily to learn something new each day!

Elementary Science - 0 views

I chose this site because it has a wide variety of topics and different kinds of sites. I would use this more as a fun or laid back kind of activity (like if you need to use up a day inbetween units or right before a holiday break). The kids could find a game or site that interested them and just crusie around. Or, to make it a little more involved, they could find 15-20 facts that they find interesting that they never knew before.

This websire is a great way to get student involved and excited about science! it is motly for older students. there are links to to an "electronic zoo" which then has a bunch of links to lessons on alot of animals in the animla kingdom made by teahers and students to be interactive and interdisciplinary. There is also a website link that would be perfect for students who are truely interested in science and teaches them about how math is integrated in science. There are also links to games that kids can classify critteres and a dust explorations.

Within each unit are about 5 different lesson plans relating to the unit topic. I really like this website because it is very easy to navigate and you can search by grade or by topic. I would use this in my class to get lesson ideas and possible unit topics.
