Good video reminding to be ware of stereotyping and the benefits to be had in gathering addtional information about people or places to get a better vision of the big picutre..

My job is to awaken possibility in others. How many shining eyes do I have around me? I will never say anything that cannot stand as the last thing that I will ever say.

This one is on my "must see" list great insights presented with real humor

It's a good video and I agree that most people aren't ever completely satisfied as there's always the "next thing".. However, at the same time it good to be ambitious and want to continue striving, it's just how you go about it. I have read about similar things from the perspective "it's not where you end up, it's the journey that makes all the difference", and this is very similar if not the same.

I liked the way this finished. We chose our own journeys, are we focusing on the ones that make us the happiest?

The basic message of this TED talk is "take back your life".  It is a great view.  Let me know what you think.

This video was middle of the road with the last three minutes or so having the most meaning. It's good to hear others discuss the work life balance which I have always bought into.

I really liked this video and demonstrating the importance of good social skills and the link with success. Also discussing the link of making your direct reports better in turn makes managers better and increases employee satisfaction. Good video..

I really liked this one. It's awfully tough to come up with an argument againt what they're doing and for me, this only further stresses the importance of good communication to be successful..
