Thanks Joe. Unfortunately, I don't have the knack for quotes and quoting like you and Brian, but I do remember experiences, stories and processes. Thanks for asking us what would help this board be more useful to all followers.

Maybe a job shadow situation could be set up with the "leaders" in these groups. By "leaders," I mean those people who would infect their own groups with their understanding and empathy gained.
