HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRM Revival Hotels is working with Stayntouch to provide its cloud-based property management systems to Revival's independent portfolio. Revival is led by Founder and CEO Saxton Sharad. Revival will receive automated software with flexibility and an interface its team can adopt to improve daily operations, the companies said in a joint statement. "We chose Stayntouch because it's built for the way modern hotels operate-efficiently, intuitively, and designed to work for our teams, not against them," Sharad said. "Having worked with nearly every PMS on the market, we know a system is only as good as how well the team can use it. Stayntouch's ease of use and cloud-based flexibility have allowed us to streamline front desk operations, reduce training times, and improve the guest experience. Seeing our teams thrive with this system confirms we made the right choice."

UK-BASED SHIVA HOTELS, led by founder and CEO Rishi Sachdev, recently secured $372 million, or £300 million, to renovate its five-star luxury hotel, The BoTree in Marylebone, London. The 199-room hotel, built for £375 million and opened in 2023, is part of Shiva Hotels' Place III Hotels brand. London-based BlueWater Capital provided a £170 million senior loan, while NorthWall Capital provided a £140 million secured facility, Shiva Hotels said in a statement. Sachdev said investors were drawn to the hotel's prime Marylebone location and its "future potential." "[That], coupled with the hotel sector's continued growth, saw us generate interest from a deep pool of funders keen to support us on this transaction," he said. "We have remained patient, however, and have chosen two like-minded counterparties with the track record and expertise to support us on the next stage of our journey."
