    HILTON HAS LAUNCHED a new extended-stay brand, Project H3, designed to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding $300 billion workforce travel market, looking for apartment-style accommodations for 20 nights or more. Launching in the U.S. as Hilton navigates the final stages of the trademark process, this lower midscale, extended-stay brand is the newest addition to Hilton's portfolio, the company said in a statement. Hilton is engaged in more than 100 active development conversations with many owners expressing interest in multiple locations. According to the statement, the product provides a foundation for the long stay, allowing guests to make the most out of every day, and delivers an exciting investment option for developers looking to diversify their portfolio under the Hilton name. "Project H3 is perfectly positioned to serve the unique needs of the long-stay traveler, thanks to its innovative design, strong value proposition for our owners and of course, the hospitality our team members offer every day," said Chris Nassetta, Hilton president and CEO. "We aim to serve any guest, anywhere in the world, for any travel need they may have, and this new brand represents a greater opportunity for us to grow our portfolio while providing the reliable and friendly service our customers expect from Hilton." Hilton's in-house research shows long-stay travelers, including traveling nurses, military personnel, and those experiencing workforce relocations, place quality time and comfort above all else. Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta/Perimeter:Elegant Revival - 0 views

    APERTURE HOTELS AND Satori Collective have completed a multi-million-dollar renovation of Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta/Perimeter Centre in Atlanta. This revamped hotel will cater to extended-stay guests, the companies said in a statement. Aperture Hotels focuses on hotel management, while Satori Collective is a commercial real estate investment firm. The renovation involved improvements to the hotel's public spaces, guest rooms, fitness center, meeting facilities, and exteriors, the statement added. "With the conclusion of this comprehensive, multi-million dollar renovation, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta/Perimeter Centre has achieved 'like-new' status, effectively becoming the newest extended-stay hotel in the Atlanta Perimeter submarket," said Charles Oswald, president and CEO of Aperture Hotels. "This year continues to provide strong growth for Aperture. In addition to overseeing renovations, we have added six new properties to our portfolio of third-party managed hotels and have several more exciting properties in the immediate pipeline."

The 91-key hotel is owned by Atlanta-based Vector Hospitality Inc., led by president Aman Patel, and Chattanooga-based Eraa Hospitality. Hilton Announces New Homewood Suites Prototype - 0 views

    HILTON'S EXTENDED-STAY Homewood Suites brand is getting a new look. The brand's new Prototype 10.0 includes a smaller footprint but with more rooms, as well as changes to guest suites and common spaces. The new prototype draws from design ideas implemented during a 2019 update implemented in open Homewood Suites hotels as part of the brand's 30-year anniversary. Prototype 10.0 features a site size reduction from 2.49 acres to 2.36 acres and building area reduction by more than 3,350 square feet while increasing the number of rooms from 121 to 131 suites. Another developer-oriented change is new F&B options aimed at increasing revenue. The suites have been modified so they can be booked individually or as connected groups. The fitness center has been reimagined and guest laundry rooms have been expanded. More common areas have been added inside and outside in the prototype. "We modernized the brand to appeal to the evolving needs of our guests, who are going to love the functionality and flexibility of the innovations, which are intended to make them feel both empowered and cared for, whether they're with us for an overnight trip or an extended stay," said Rick Colling, global head of Homewood Suites.

Wealth Hospitality breaks ground on dual brand in Louisiana - 0 views

    WEALTH HOSPITALITY GROUP recently broke ground on a dual-branded Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites in Ruston, Louisiana. The development, set to open in early 2026, will offer 154 rooms with extended-stay options, Wealth Hospitality said in a statement. The Ridgeland, Mississippi-based Wealth Hospitality is led by Founder, CEO and Managing Principal Hiren "Chico" Patel, President and Managing Principal Mitesh "Mike" Patel and Founder and Managing Principal Bhupender "Bruce" Patel. Hiren Patel cited the area's location along I-20 and a nearby sports complex, which attracts 400,000 visitors annually, as key factors in the project's appeal. The hotel, Ruston's first dual-branded and extended-stay option, is near Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University.

IHG donates $500,000 to AHLA Trafficking Survivor Fund - 0 views

    IHG HOTELS & RESORTS donated $500,000 to the American Hotel & Lodging Association Foundation's No Room for Trafficking Survivor Fund to combat human trafficking. It is the most recent donation by a large hotel company to the fund. The Survivor Fund works to end human trafficking and support the economic stability of human trafficking survivors with the contribution, a statement added. It supports survivors' immediate needs and long-term stability that will empower and equip survivors and their families to help prevent revictimization, including but not limited to emergency housing and career development support by funding community-based organizations. Since its inception, the fund has raised $2.5 million with contributions from Extended Stay America, G6 Hospitality, Hilton Global Foundation, Hyatt Hotels Foundation and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. "IHG Hotels & Resorts is committed to eradicating human trafficking, and this support of the NRFT Survivor Fund underscores our long-standing effort to condemn this exploitation and help survivors," said Elie Maalouf, IHG's CEO for the Americas. "The fund will play a crucial role in providing survivors with the support they need for future stability and success. Stonebridge buys Le Méridien New Orleans for $84 million - 0 views

    STONEBRIDGE COS. HAS acquired the Le Méridien New Orleans hotel for $84 million from Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. It is the second acquisition in the city in 12 months for the Denver-based company, started by CEO Navin Dimond. The 410-room, full-service upscale hotel on Poydras Street is near the city's French Quarter, Bourbon Street and Warehouse Arts District. Also nearby are the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center and the Port of New Orleans Cruise Ship Terminal. Amenities include a rooftop pool, onsite restaurants and more than 13,000 square feet of event space. With the new purchase, Stonebridge's portfolio stands at 63 hotels and more than 10,000 guest rooms, including select-service, extended-stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in several states. It is the first Le Méridien hotel for the company, Dimond said. "Last year we purchased the Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans," Dimond said. "New Orleans is truly a great American city, and the Le Méridien is ideally located for both leisure and business travelers alike visiting downtown New Orleans."

Archer Capital Acquires Homewood Suites Augusta 2025 - Asian Hospitality - 0 views

    ARCHER CAPITAL GROUP acquired the 65-key Homewood Suites by Hilton Augusta in Augusta, Georgia, from an institutional seller, according to Hunter Hotel Advisors. Miami-based Archer is led by CEO Bakul Sanghvi and Managing Principal Rahil Sanghvi. Mayank Patel, HHA's senior vice president, facilitated the transaction with terms undisclosed. "Mayank handled this transaction with utmost professionalism," Rahil Sanghvi said. "I want to thank all parties involved in the acquisition." The hotel is near Augusta National Golf Club and downtown Augusta, which offers dining, nightlife and attractions. Nearby are the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Eisenhower, Augusta University, the Medical College of Georgia and Doctors Hospital of Augusta. Amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
