intensity of technology in UGANDA art by USA - 9 views
-
ofcourse there is a problem of luck of equipment in uganda and this is mainly because the equipments are expensive and this in a long run leads to poor performance of students.......
for example oil paint tubes are very expensive and this has made many students resort to doing water painting and the lucky few doing oil painting find them selves doing few art pieces because they dont want their tubes to game faster....

This will enable students produce good quality works hence leading to improved performance in class......ugandan art has been over shadowed by people who have less knowledge about the course. They participate in art units such as photography, ceramics, communication and layout design etc this has led to production of poor quality work such as billboards, cups, portraits, paintings etc.....This has lead to poor communication in cases of billboards and roadsigns hence leading to increased accidents in uganda today.
