    about this matter i look at issues like lack of equipment and if there you have to leave it in the comp lab where by one is left with limited room for more invention and innovation, after all in art practice is highly considered for a successful design .

    i don't know how others perceive this especially in the US.

    ofcourse there is a problem of luck of equipment in uganda and this is mainly because the equipments are expensive and this in a long run leads to poor performance of students.......
    for example oil paint tubes are very expensive and this has made many students resort to doing water painting and the lucky few doing oil painting find them selves doing few art pieces because they dont want their tubes to game faster....
