      I don't know if we've talked about this specifically, more that we like and tend to make up patterns to "predict" the future and reassure ourselves. However, it's not real.

But because they are so difficult to break, habits are also frequent saboteurs of personal progress.

Eating healthier is eating less junk. Exercising more is being less sedentary. One is often the inverse of another.
