Here is my description ( I wrote it in the description section but it is not showing up here…) This article explain the leadership styles and how they seen under an educational lease. When reading other articles, I had a hard time trying to connect them because they were written from a business aspect. This article gives some good thought into our our system in run and how us as school leaders can influence change for the better.
