    Description: Teachers are given a class code for students to join and all material is kept in a safe and secure place. Students are able to post 15 second to 5 minute videos in response to prompts provided by the teacher. The teacher and students can give feedback. The program is free and easy to use.

    Description:
    NetSmartZ is a website for teacher and student access in regards to the topic of digital citizenship. Teachers can find lesson plans to teach about digital citizenship topics as well as videos and additional resources to use with students in the classroom. There are learn, teach, and watch tabs. In the learning section literature can be found on digital citizenship information. In the teach section teaching lessons can be located. And in the watch section teachers and students can watch videos. There are also discussion starters to start a conversation about digital citizenship. Basic internet safety is also addressed. The website is also available in Spanish.

    Scribble is a research platform that enables students to curate, annotate and collaborate on authentic online sources. Students can highlight, comment individually as well as collaboratively. Commenting can be done in real time fostering truste collaboration. Scrible gets students thinking critically about information and sources viewed. Scrible promotes positive discussion amongst students to expand knowledge.

    Description: Newsela is a platform that allows teachers to provide students with current events articles and critical thinking evaluation. Through the platform students are able to evaluate their understanding of the current events topic as well as the relevance and credibility of the article provided. Students are able to make annotations within the text and collaborate with others regarding the same current events topic and give more meaning to the topic at hand.

    Short description:
    Shadow puppet is an app where students can create video slideshows and add their own narration and text. Student videos can be up to 30 minutes and include 100 images. Students can use images from a camera roll or from a video/ photo library. The app is easy to use, students create their project then save their project and they are able to share it across social media sites as well as other internet sites. The video created is also saved to the devices camera roll. Templates and uses for the app have a direct alignment to CCSS.

    Short Description: A collaborative social website similar to Facebook, but for teachers, students, and parents. It is a multi-platform that allows for active learning and sharing of content. It allows everyone involved with the class to have a dialogue in and out of the classroom. Parents can join and also be involved but in a different way than students. The site has a variety of features that allow for collaboration amongst teachers, students, and parents.

    Examples of Uses:

    * Teachers can post power points, hand outs, and resources for students to access.
    * Questions and answers can be posted for all teachers, students, and parents to access.
    * Notifications can be sent to all involved with the class.
    * Progress can be tracked and monitored.
    * Private messaging can be done through the site.
    * Assignments can be posted and accessed, as well as turned in.
    * Lots of collaboration can occur on the class feed.
