  Nearpod allows teachers to use create lessons to share with students (or even other teachers). It allows for teachers to help assess knowledge through check ins and mini quizzes within lessons. This type of communication is important because it provides teachers with a gauge on students that may not be possible in a traditional classroom setting. Lessons can be shared via an access codes which allows for students to access a lesson from anywhere their device allows them.
