  Nearpod.com is a website platform for use of schools or individual teachers to deliver lessons and assess content knowledge and critical thinking in students of all ages. There are plenty of free pre-made, Common-Core aligned lessons, and teachers can create their own as well, integrating videos, slideshows, multiple choice questions and open-ended quizzes into the interactive lessons. Teachers can synchronize student devices in the classroom and get real-time student feedback and responses as students move through the interactive lessons. Students simply enter codes to join a "live lesson" and work collaboratively or independently through the modules. Through the teacher account, teachers can observe individual students' activity in real time and assess whether or not they are on task as well as if they are grasping the content correctly.
