Kampala — Higher education in East African Community states is to be harmonised by May this year.
Minister of State for Higher Education Mwesigwa Rukutana told Daily Monitor last week that a number of meetings will be conducted in the next three months to discuss the similarities and differences in the current education system among the partner states.
