  While I was an undergraduate I did an honours type project for which I had to produce a paper modelled like a scientific journal article. A postdoc of the professor I was working under read over one of my first drafts and helped me rearrange my introductory paragraphs so they flowed more from general to specific (even though I truly thought they were already working that way). To this day I experiment with the order of my paragraphs and find that shifting large amounts of text around can dramatically improve the effectiveness of my communication. Thanks Gustavo!
