Middle States Commission on Higher Education promotes "scientific and quantitative reasoning" in Standard 12: General Education "Standard 12: General Education" in which it states: "The institution's curricula are designed so that students acquire and demonstrate college-level proficiency in general education and essential skills, including at least oral and written communication, scientific and quantitative reasoning, critical analysis and reasoning, and technological competency." Also mentioned in Standard 11

somewhat dated now but demonstates the expanse of online programs....

I think we already have this one, but just in case...I think this demonstrates a possible turning point in how online learning is perceived....
