      Before you delete on Step 3, copy the address. Then when you paste, it should reappear. If that doesn't work, try going to the UNABLE TO INSTALL WEB HIGHLIGHTER bookmark below, and copy the URL that they tell you to do.     If bookmark bar does not show up, try this. So if you have installed the web highlighter and it does not show up under the tool bar when you open Safari, try this fix.
