This site offers an online collaboration tool that is simpler than other similar sites. I would use it more for team planning or school event planning where you wish for feedback from multiple people. Similar to a wiki but not that elaborate hence easier to set up and use for instant feedback on a document or write up design ideas, etc
Over 1000 lesson plans and units for math teachers! This website also includes what part of the standard course of study the lesson pertains too, as well as teacher feedback from the use of the lesson. I think this would be very useful if a teacher is struggling with a particular topic. They can come on this website and find a new way to explain a topic. This website also gives you questions that you can ask (sometimes higher level questions are difficult to come up with).

The primary goal of this site is to collect book lists. Lists of author's books, award lists, books you want to read, etc. etc. Future plans for the site include the ability to blog your lists, share lists with friends, and much more. I could not find anything on math, though perhaps one of us could start a "classroom library" list...

This site provides book reviews for students from elementary and middle grade students. Students are also the reviewers, providing authenticity for other students. There is also school involvement from all over the world and class or student home pages can be created.
Students can "read books, engage in book talks, discuss the elements of a book review, read and discuss reviews,
write group reviews to practice writing summaries
opinions and recommendations, work on their own reviews
read their reviews for feedback from their peers, and
publish their reviews."

Allows you the use of sending messages to individuals or groups. This site also allows you the opportunity to receive quick feedback to these same messages.
QLN's approach to teaching is difference and effective for non-Advanced Placement classes. It uses kenesthetic learning and recognition of individual students in a positive feedback loop. I have seen several teaches use this method with great success.
This website allows anyone to comment via telephone, microphone, text, link, or webcam, a picture, video or link. This is a fun and exciting way for you as a teacher to get feedback from your students in different ways. It is also more fun for the students which will definitely benefit you the teacher.
Add comments to any image and then share it via email or copy paste and link. Great way to share a discussion around an image. Great for problem solving exercise where people input how they would solve a problem. Great for Geometry!
A great browser tool that lets you comment on any web page without needing the permission of the website. This allows you to get feedback from other kutano users. This allows you to express your opinion to others as well.
