    During the course of compiling the information for this assignment I connected my recent experience in Geneva with another conference that I attended in Nairobi a year ago. I wondered who started the PLC for Connect2change only to realize it was a gentleman that I just met at the July, IUHPE conference where I presented my oral abstract. What is interesting is that social movements are connected through community. The difference is that a year ago the HPR Web 2.0 tools were barely used by the participants. I personally see that the growth is now powerful and we are using PLC's as a way to share common values within the community. The question derived from the latest conference was "Are we smart at social change?". I feel that PLC's are a way to focus and sharpen our social skills into motion.
