via: email -- Hi all, This might be of interest to the Auckland librarians. Creative Commons is hosting a free public event on the future of the commons in Auckland on 9 July. We'll be talking about free and open textbooks, research, heritage and culture, with a range of special guests. The event will be held at Sky City after the Nethui conference. Please feel free to spread the word to anyone who might be interested. You don't need to attend the Nethui conference (though you should feel free to do that, too!)
