Timer Pop allows you to create and save multiple timer settings. For example, if I want to have a count down that lasts for five minutes, a count down of fifteen minutes, and a count down of three minutes I can save them all. Then when I need one of them I'll just click on it to start the count down.

ImageQuiz is a new service that allows you to create quizzes based on any images that you own or find online. When people take your quizzes on ImageQuiz they answer your questions by clicking on the part of the picture that answers each question. For example, if you uploaded a picture of a map you could write questions that ask users to click on states, cities, or countries.

Great resource for using MLA citation. Pages not only tell what info to use in the citation, but have screen shots of web pages for really clear, usable examples.

Good site to use as example of investigating claims and statements we run across n the media and in research students are doing for papers, etc.

Beyond the excellent explanations available in these animations, this site could offer great examples of technical writing/writing-to-teach that we might want to explore as useful assignments for students--even if they just designed the animation and did not produce it. Check out the hedge fund video--informative!
