    Since I maintain a few Facebook/Twitter accounts, I use Hootsuite to schedule posts and interact with users. Here is the link https://hootsuite.com/. It is a cross-platform tool allowing the management of social media platforms from wherever you may be.

    If you're responsible for the management of multiple social media accounts, I recommend giving Hootsuite (or a similar tool) a go.
